** The video for this post is a super-slow loader. It will come up eventually if you are patient. In The meantime go ahead and give yourself a foot massage, a pedicure and a facial. Once that is complete you may be able to sit back and enjoy the swan lake Ballerina.*
Last Wednesday I flew to Chicago for a visit with Rachel and Olivia. As you can see in the video Rachel is going to present Olivia with a baby brother quite soon. February 1st to be exact :) Olivia is working on understanding what is happening in her family but she seems a little ambivalent on the subject of having a new baby in the house. Sometimes she is kissing her brother and other times she is saying "no" when asked to acknowledge the bump as a new little person that she will meet soon. For now the world revolves around loving Livy and that is good.
You need to click the start button on the video to watch this video again and again which i am quite sure you will want to do :)
Some of you will have to click on the link that is below the place of the video. Jeeze.
Some of you may only get a gigantic Q in place of the video. I find that extremely irritating. here is a link to another to view.
Yesterday we found ourselves in the midst of a Chicago style snowstorm and decided to make the most of it. Olivia regaled us with a rush of 2 year old words that were clearly meant to let us know that snow is pure magic and the making of her first snowman was not something we would dare miss. And of course we didn't have any intention of missing out on such an important event.
What an amazing ability to concentrate. My sister Cheryl is helping Olivia build her snowbird.
The project turned out quite adorable.
Mimi Bird Tweets. Isn't that sweet?
